What we offer.

Access to the Event Barn and surrounding property, including 4 outbuildings for photos, and 60 acres of trails.

Parking up to 75 cars

Electrical hookup for sound and video

Lighting and basic staging, bar, and lounging area

*vendor list for port-a-johns. We are currently building fully facilities, but at this time you will need to rent for your event.

Main farmhouse rental, up to 4 guests- Airbnb- 145$ a night

Additional 4 Properties, for a total of 12 guests within 10 min distance- please inquire.

Required Parking attendant- 20$/hr ( golf carts available for transport of older guests for no additional charge)

Keg-orator - 20$/hr (hook-up, on site support, and personal signage- you provide kegs)

Heater Lamps- $20 per day

Starting at $750/day for full day event. Use of all outbuildings, including large barn, parking - 50% deposit due 1 month prior and full balance due 1 week prior to event date.
